1/4 c. butter
2 cans drained sweet potatoes
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of cloves
1/2 c. mini marshmallows

Melt butter. Add this to all other ingredients in a microwave dish (except marshmallows). Mash everything until smooth. Place a safe lid on and cook for about 6-8 minutes. Top with marshmallows and cook for another half minute uncovered.
