2 1/2 c. grated raw potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sweet milk
1 c. chopped nuts

Blend all. Place in a buttered casserole. Top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
