SWEDISH PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
CAKE: 2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 eggs 1/2 c. nuts 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lg. can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained FROSTING: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 stick butter 2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. nuts Put all the above in a bowl and mix by hand. Flour and grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Spread frosting on a warm or cool cake. |
