CRANBERRY PUDDING 
3 c. cranberry juice
1/2 c. uncooked Farina
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. orange juice

Bring the cranberry, lemon, and orange juices to a rolling boil. Sprinkle in the Farina, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm. Pour into the large bowl of an electric mixer and whip at highest speed until very light colored, creamy and fluffy, about 20 minutes. Serve with cream or milk or whipped topping.
