CHICKEN 
1 fryer, cut up
Salad oil
1 can Franco American beef gravy
1 can water
1/4 c. cooking sherry, to taste
Box of fresh mushrooms, cut up

Brown chicken in oil. Does not need to be done. Pour off grease after browning. To chicken, add beef gravy, water, sherry, and mushrooms. Cover and simmer until done.
