BONNIE'S CHICKEN NUGGETS 
1 pkg. chicken breast filets
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. white or white flour
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder as desired

Cut filets into bite size pieces (not too small). Soak in milk 2 hours minimum or overnight. Mix all other ingredients well in a shallow bowl and roll chicken pieces a handful at a time in a mixture, making sure to cover all sides well. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in skillet on medium heat and add chicken pieces. Do not turn until bottoms have browned. Carefully turn all pieces and cook until browned on all sides, trying not to turn too often and adding butter as needed.
