GOLDEN CHICKEN NUGGETS 
2 sm. chicken breasts
1/2 c. Cornflake crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted

Skin and bone chicken and cut into 1 inch chunks. Combine Cornflake crumbs, salt and pepper. Dip chicken into butter and roll in crumbs. Arrange chicken in single layer on foil lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
