BLACKBERRY WINE CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
3 oz. pkg. blackberry Jello
3 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. blackberry wine (Manischewitz)

Mix all ingredients. Bake in a tube pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Pour over hot cake: 1/2 c. blackberry wine

Bring to a boil and then pour over hot cake.
