BLACKBERRY WINE POUND CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix (Duncan Hines)
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup blackberry wine (Manischewitz)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sparkling wild berry (or blackberry) jello

Mix above ingredients and bake according to package directions.

BLACKBERRY WINE GLAZE:

1/2 cup blackberry wine
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

Heat in microwave on medium-low power (should be thin). Pour 1/2 of mixture over hot cake just out of the oven. Let set in pan for 10 minutes. Turn cake out on plate and drizzle remainder of glaze over it. Cool and cut yourself a piece and enjoy it.

Garnish with flower petals, "purple and white".

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
