BLACKBERRY WINE CAKE 
Cake:

1 box white cake mix
1 c. blackberry wine
1 box blackberry gelatin (Royal)
4 eggs
1 c. oil

Mix all ingredients.

Bake in tube pan at 325°F for approximately one hour until cake springs back to touch.

Glaze:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. blackberry wine

Mix and spread on cooled cake.
