CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
Add 2 tbsp. lemon juice, if desired

Combine and cream together, cheese, butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beat until creamy. Add flour and baking powder then add vanilla and lemon. Mixture will be stiff. Bake in tube or bundt pan 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees - ovens vary.
