CRABBIES (HORS D'OEUVRES) 
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter
1 jar Old English cheese spread
1/2 tsp. garlic salt (or to taste)
1/4 cup mayonnaise (more or less - enough to moisten)
1/4 tsp. ground celery seed (optional)
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp. fresh Italian parsley, minced
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat
6 English muffins

Soften butter and cheese. Mix in mayonnaise, seasonings and crabmeat. Spread on split English muffins. Freeze 10 minutes. Cut in quarters. Broil until bubbly and crisp.

Makes 48 servings.
