BEEF TIPS IN GRAVY 
1 to 2 lbs. beef tips or other beef cut
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Cut beef up in bite-size pieces. Pour in can mushroom soup and package onion soup mix. Add a can and a half of water. Put in pressure cooker and pressure 15 to 20 minutes, or in covered pan over low heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or bake in oven, covered, on 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or toast.
