BEEF TIPS 
1 1/2 lb. lean round steak
flour
2 pkgs. brown gravy mix
2 c. water
2 tbsp. olive oil

Cover steak with flour; pound to tenderize. Cut into small cubes. Brown in 2 tablespoons oil. Add gravy mix and water. Stir well. Simmer on low 1 hour (or cook in crockpot). Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.

Makes 8 servings.
