SPINACH DIP | |
1 1/2 cups frozen chopped spinach 1 cup sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 packet Spring vegetable simmer soup 1 tbsp. butter 1 cob loaf Melt Spinach in a saucepan with butter until cooked. Mix all ingredients together, refrigerate. Serve in hollowed out, toasted cob loaf. Submitted by: Kristyn |
