CHINESE FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. Eagle Brand milk
1 lb. candied cherries (red & green)
1 lb. dates
1 lb. fresh grated coconut (frozen can be used)
1 lb. pecans

Chop cherries, dates and nuts. Add coconut and Eagle Brand milk; mix well. Pack in ungreased tube pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 200 degrees. Cool in pan.
