BLUEBERRIES AND CREAM PIE 
4 c. fresh or partially thawed blueberries
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. heavy cream, sweetened & whipped
1/2 c. milk

Set oven to 400 degrees. Pour blueberries in shell. In a small bowl combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Stir in cream and milk with wire whisk. Pour over berries. Bake 45 minutes. If edges brown too fast, use aluminum foil strips to cover. Cool on wire rack; then refrigerate. Garnish with whipped cream. Serves 8.
