BLUEBERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1/2 pt. whipping cream (or sm. Cool Whip)
3 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 graham cracker crust

Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Whip the whipping cream; fold into the above mixture. Place into a graham cracker crust. Top with pie filling. Cover lightly and refrigerate before serving.

NOTE: Can substitute cherry or strawberry pie filling!
