FRESH BLUEBERRY CREAM PIE 
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
Unbaked 9-inch pie shell
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. chopped pecans or walnuts

Combine cream, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and egg. Beat 5 minutes at medium speed. Fold in berries. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven.

Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Spread over pie. Bake 10 minutes more. Chill before serving.
