RICOTTA PIE 
3 lbs. Ricotta cheese
10 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cherries (if desired)
1/4 c. chocolate chips (if desired

Put in blender, then in pies.

CRUST:

5 c. flour
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
8 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. vanilla
5 eggs

Makes 2 pies. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
