3 lbs. ricotta cheese
12 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated orange peel
Chocolate chips (opt.)

Blend all ingredients and pour into your favorite pie crust, 10" pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
