Great recipe. Similar to one my wife makes, but I use this one when we have pot luck at work. The guys love this cake, so much so that whenever it shows up on the potluck list I get calls to remind me to properly restrain the cake while in transit so that nothing happens to it. Tonight i'm baking 2 of them for tomorrow's potluck - and there are only 20 or so people - there will be other desserts as well, but there will be none of this cake leftover!

My co-worker made this cake and it was so delicious!!! Just perfect and not what you expect at all!! So moist and yummy you do not need milk!!! I am not a baker and this is soooo easy to make. You can even use orange soda as well. Whoever you make this for will certainly love it and there will not be any leftovers!!!

A friend introduced me to this delicious, refreshing cake a year ago and I have made it several times. Always a hit. I turn it into a low fat, low sugar treat by using applesauce instead of oil in the cake along with sugar free jello. For the icing, I use fat free pudding and Cool Whip Free. My diabetic and calorie watching friends love it!
