TERIYAKI STEAK | |
1 c. soy sauce 1 tsp. ginger 1 c. brown sugar 3-4 cloves garlic 8 tbsp. lemon juice 4 tbsp. salad oil 2-3 lb. steak spencer, flank or round Combine all ingredients except steak in a bowl with a lid. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Put steak in bowl with teriyaki sauce and cover. Refrigerate and let marinade do its work. Marinade for up to 48 hours, turning steak 2 or 3 times a day. |
