TERIYAKI STEAK 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1 clove garlic, minced (can use garlic powder)
1 med. onion, minced (can use dry minced onions)
1 tsp. tenderizer
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. ginger
Up to 2 lbs. of round steak

Mix all ingredients together except steak. Cut steak in strips, 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch. Marinate at least one hour. Stir once in a while. Remove, drain, grill.

I have used larger pieces of steak and marinated longer.
