TERIYAKI STEAK 
2 inch fillet mignon
4 oz. Worcestershire sauce
2 oz. red cooking wine
Sugar
Butter

Sprinkle fillets on all sides with sugar. Pour Worcestershire sauce and wine in dish and add fillet. Marinate for 3 hours at room temperature turning once. Grill as desired.

Place pats of butter on serving platter. Put steak on serving platter until butter melts. Serve steak and spoon on aujus from platter.
