TERIYAKI MARINATED STEAK | |
2 tbsp. molasses 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. cider vinegar 1 tbsp. ginger 1 clove garlic, minced 1 1/2 lbs. boneless beef, cut 1 1/2 inch thick Sweet-Sour Vegetable Sauce For marinade, combine first 4 ingredients. Place meat in plastic bag; set in dish. Pour marinade over meat and close bag. Chill 8 hours or overnight, turning bag several times. Drain meat, but reserve marinade. Broil meat until done, brushing with marinade and turning once. Serve with Sweet-Sour Vegetable Sauce. Serves 6. |
