TERIYAKI FLANK STEAK 
2 lb. flank steak
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 c. grated onion
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. or sm. piece ginger

Cut flank steak on slant. Combine all other ingredients for marinade. Marinate sliced flank overnight, turning occasionally. Grill over coals or broil to desired doneness.
