TERIYAKI STEAK 
2-2 1/2 lbs. boneless chuck steak or London Broil
1 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove crushed garlic

Cut steak into 1/8 inch thick slices. Combine ingredients in small bowl. Place meat in slow cooking pot. Pour sauce over. Cook over low heat 6-8 hours. Serve with rice.
