TWO-SQUASH STIR-FRY 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. butter
6 green onions, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
2 med. zucchini, sliced
2 lg. yellow squash, sliced
1 med. green pepper, sliced
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Pour oil around top of preheated wok or large skillet. Add butter and allow to heat at medium high for 2 minutes. Add vegetables and seasonings. Stir fry 5 minutes. Cover and simmer an additional 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp and tender. Serve immediately.
