STIR-FRY CHICKEN 
Chicken tenders- at least 2 lbs.
5 sm. yellow squash, chopped
5 sm. zucchini, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 salt and pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil

Heat olive oil in skillet, add chicken and remaining ingredients.

Stir fry until done, serve with rice.
