VEGETABLES AND CHICKEN STIR FRY 
1 pkg. stir fry vegetables
1 pkg. chicken tenders
1 1/2 c. dry rice

Put chicken tenders in microwave-safe dish; sprinkle with fried chicken seasoning and lemon pepper. Cover with Saran Wrap and microwave for 7 minutes on high.

While chicken is cooking, stir fry vegetables according to package directions. Add chicken tenders and brown chicken with vegetables and packet seasoning. Add soy sauce according to taste.

Cook rice by adding 3 cups of water and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cover. When rice is fluffy, put rice in serving dish. Top with vegetables and chicken. Serve immediately with soy sauce available.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
