HAWAIIAN COCONUT CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs (out of a box)
1 sm. can coconut
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar together, beat in eggs. Fold in graham crackers, coconut, baking powder, nuts and vanilla. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

Cream 1 stick butter with 1 cup powdered sugar, stir in cup of drained crushed pineapple. Let cake cool then put on topping.
