HAWAIIAN CAKE | |
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 c. nuts 1 c. coconut 2 eggs 1/2 c. oil 2 tsp. baking soda 20 oz. can crushed pineapple Stir all ingredients until moist. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan for 45 minutes. Frost when cool, sprinkle with coconut and nuts. HAWAIIAN CAKE FROSTING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 stick butter, softened 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla Beat at high speed. Until creamy. Spread on Hawaiian Cake when cooled. |
