STUFFING BALLS 
Baked chicken or turkey or roast beef
Bread
Onions
Onion salt
Pepper
Celery
Chicken bouillon
Oleo

Bake either chicken, turkey or roast beef; reserve drippings. Break a loaf of bread into pieces. Chop an onion and celery and saute in butter until tender. Pour over bread pieces. Sprinkle on onion salt and pepper to your own taste. Mix 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon and 2 cups water. Pour over bread mix and mix well with your hands. Shape into balls and put into well buttered 9x13 inch pan. Pour pan drippings over stuffing balls and bake on 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
