STUFFING BALLS 
4 c. chopped celery & leaves
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chicken broth
8 c. bread cubes, 2 or 3 day old bread

Saute celery, onions and seasonings in butter for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape in 12 balls and put 1 in each of 12 well greased muffin pan sections. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with pork or chicken with favorite vegetables.
