CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lbs. beef, cubed into 1" pieces
1/2 lb. pork, cubed into 1" pieces
2 med. onions, diced
1 c. celery, diced
Mushrooms to taste
2 lg. cans mixed chop suey vegetables (reserve juice)
3 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. sugar
Chop suey sauce mix packet

Brown meat until tender. Cook celery and onions until tender. Then put everything together, including reserved juice. Cook over low heat to thicken. None of these measurements are exact. Use your judgment.
