CHOP SUEY 
1 pkg. chop suey meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can Chinese vegetables
3 tsp. cornstarch in water

Brown meat. Add water to cover and simmer. Add onion and celery when meat is about half done (approximately 30-45 minutes). When meat is tender, add soy sauce, vegetables and cornstarch in water. Cook until thickened. Serve over rice and/or Chinese noodles.

(To increase volume of juice, add beef bouillon. Will have to increase cornstarch to thicken.)
