CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lbs. chop suey meat or pork strips
1 lg. can chop suey vegetables
1 sm. onion, diced
1 lg. vegetable can water
1 to 2 tbsp. brown gravy
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 sm. can water chestnuts
2 c. prepared rice or chop suey noodles

Brown cubed meat and onion. Add salt and pepper. Add water, vegetables, and water chestnuts. Add brown gravy. Use cornstarch and additional water to thicken. Spoon over rice or noodles.
