SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pkg. Lipton veg. soup mix
1 oz. can chopped waterchestnuts
1 (8 oz.) can chopped bamboo shoots
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients. Serve in a bowl with wheat thins or stuff a round loaf of pumpernickel bread. Use the bread that you carved out of the loaf and tear it in small pieces and dip into the mixture.
