SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP | |
2 c. mozzarella cheese (divided) 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 c. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated and divided 1/2 tsp. pepper 3 cloves crushed garlic 1- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 2- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1- 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained Combine 1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, sour cream, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Blend well. Spread into baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. |
