BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

1/2 tube Ritz crackers (or 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing)
1/2 stick butter

Prepare broccoli according to package directions; drain. Mix broccoli with remaining ingredients; pour into large casserole. Sprinkle choice of toppings on top; dot with butter. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
