BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 med. size onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

TOPPING:

6 or 7 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed

Thaw and drain broccoli - combine all ingredients except topping - place in casserole dish. Mix Ritz crackers with butter, then crumble on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
