POLYNESIAN PORK CHOPS | |
2 to 4 center cut pork chops, 1 inch thick 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. water 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tbsp. dehydrated green pepper flakes 2 tsp. dehydrated minced onion 2 tsp. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. ground ginger Combine all ingredients except pork chops in shallow dish. Place pork chops in marinade. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours, turning occasionally. Place pork chops on rack in broiler pan. Broil chops about 4 inches from heat source 10 to 13 minutes. Baste with marinate, turn chops, baste again. Broil 10 to 12 minutes or until done. |
