MOM'S CHILI 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion
2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. sweet basil
Pepper (to taste)
2 to 3 cans tomato soup
2 to 3 cans kidney beans

In large pan, cook hamburger and onion until meat is browned. Drain grease. Stir in celery and all the spices. Add tomato soup and kidney beans. Stir to combine all ingredients. Put in oven at 350 degrees for an hour or so.
