MOM'S EASY CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef (or ground chuck)
2 cans kidney beans (or chili beans)
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 onion, diced
Chili powder

Brown ground beef, drain, add onion and desired amount of chili powder; cook for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, stir to mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and cook for 1 hour. This can also be started in the morning and cooked slowly all day. Perfect either way for a cold winters day!
