SWISS ALPINE PIE 
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
2 c. cubed, cooked ham (about 1/2 lb.)
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine cheese and flour. Layer half of broccoli, ham and cheese in pie shell; repeat layers. Sprinkle onion on top. Combine milk, eggs and seasonings; pour over mixture in shell. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 40 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
