SWISS APPLE PIE 
1 egg (beaten)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt
1 heaping c. chopped apples (3 apples)
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts good)

Mix together. Bake in greased pie plate 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with or without whipped topping. Use quick cooking apples. Good while warm.
