SWISS APPLE PIE 
1 egg
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 c. apples, cut up
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all together. Pour into buttered pie pan and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
