SWISS PIE 
2 c. cooked ham
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped is best
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
3 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (9 inch) pie shell

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain. In pie shell, spread 1/2 of the ham, broccoli and cheese. Repeat layers. Gradually stir milk into eggs and seasoning. Pour carefully over top. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes or until firm.
