RUM CAKE | |
1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix 1 c. sour cream 1 c. chopped walnuts 4 eggs 1 c. bitter sweet chocolate chips 1/3 c. oil 1/4 c. rum Mix in mixing bowl cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, rum, 1/2 cup nuts, and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Beat 5 minutes. Add remaining nuts and chocolate chips by folding into batter. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt cake pan. Bake for 1 hour in preheated 325 degree oven. Cool for 30 minutes. Invert and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and drizzle melted chocolate chips over cake for an elegant look. |
